His first clerkship was with U.S. District Court Judge Justin Quackenbush of the Eastern District of Washington in Spokane, followed by a clerkship with 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Stephen Trott in Boise. These experiences were invaluable to his legal education and professional development.
Having sharpened his abilities, Mr. Gunn continued to refine his craft in private practice within the Treasure Valley. There, he had the privilege of practicing alongside some of the most adept litigators in Idaho. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of New York (2009), Idaho, Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
