A natural leader, Mr. Kerl has served as president of the Portneuf American Inn of Court, the Idaho State Bar and the 6th District Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in federal and state courts in Idaho and before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco and the United States District Court for the District and Bankruptcy Courts of Idaho. In 2002, he was given the Professionalism Award by the Idaho State Bar and he is currently a member of the organization.
During his long, successful career, Mr. Kerl has represented a long list of well-known clients. These include the following: Zions Bank, KeyBank, John Deere, Farm Credit Leasing Services Corp., Northwest Farm Credit Services, U.S. Bancorp, Southeast Idaho Council of Governments and The Travelers Companies.
