Brady M. McAninch

Brady M. McAninch is an attorney and founding member of the law firm of Hipskind & Mcaninch LLC, located in Belleville, Illinois. Mr. McAninch devotes his practice to personal injury law, representing plaintiffs in the St. Louis, Missouri, region and throughout the state of Illinois. He handles a variety of personal injury cases involving products liability, wrongful death and other tragedies caused by negligence.

In recognition of his accomplishments, the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys awarded Mr. McAninch a “Best Client Satisfaction” award in 2015. The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys also named him one among the “Top 10 attorneys in personal injury” and The National Trial Lawyers selected him for inclusion in the “Top 40 Under 40” list.

Over the course of his career, Mr. McAninch has successfully litigated a variety of personal injury matters in Illinois and Missouri, recovering substantial sums in settlements and verdicts for his clients. An active member of his legal community, he is a member of the St. Clair County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Mr. McAninch received his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law and earned his law license in 2011. During law school, he clerked for a chief judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and was an articles editor for the university’s law review. Following law school, he practiced at civil litigation firms in the St. Louis region, developing his litigation skills and representing clients including a Fortune 100 company.
