Obtaining his undergraduate degree with a major in economics and business administration from Vanderbilt University, Mr. Weilmuenster went on to pursue his legal studies at the Saint Louis University School of Law. While there, he was a finalist at the American Bar Association’s National Trial Advocacy Competition and was honored with the Everett Hullverson Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Earning his law degree in 1987, he was admitted to practice in Illinois the same year. He is also licensed in Missouri and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois.

Mr. Weilmuenster stays connected with his legal circle by being an active affiliate in several prominent associations. He is a part of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s board of managers, and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, The Missouri Bar and the American Bar Association. A frequent speaker on personal injury law topics, he has presented at several seminars conducted by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
