Josh Rohrscheib

Josh isn’t just a skilled attorney, he’s someone who genuinely cares about helping people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. As the founder and managing attorney of Onward Injury Law, he leads with compassion, clarity, and an unwavering commitment to doing right by his clients.

With deep roots in Central Illinois, Josh has spent his career standing up to insurance companies on behalf of people hurt in car wrecks, truck crashes, falls, and other serious accidents. He’s not afraid to go toe-to-toe with the big guys, and he’s built a team that shares that same fight.

Josh earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Illinois, and began practicing in 2006. Over the years, he’s recovered millions for injured clients and earned a perfect 10.0 rating on Avvo, along with a spot on the National Trial Lawyers' “Top 40 Under 40” list. Josh is also a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor reserved for attorneys with proven, high-stakes results, showing his commitment to delivering life-changing outcomes for his clients. 

He’s a proud member of several legal organizations, including the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the McLean County Bar Association. When he’s not advocating for clients, you’ll find him cheering on his team, giving back to the community, or brainstorming new ways to improve the client experience.
