Adam M. Berger

Adam M. Berger is a partner at Miller Berger, LLC, in Chicago, Illinois, serving clients in the Chicagoland area and throughout U.S. He offers legal counsel on matters involving business litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, and franchise and dealerships. 

A Washington University graduate with a bachelor’s in economics and French, Mr. Berger studied law at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was a dean’s list student. He was a member of the National Moot Court Team, winning the Intra-School Moot Court Competition and the Best Oral Advocate award. Furthermore, he was selected to be a part of the Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Team and also won the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for legal research.

Earning his law degree in 1999, Mr. Berger was admitted to practice law the same year in Indiana. He is also admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit. 

Active in his local community and legal circle, Mr. Berger serves on the board of several private and public associations. He maintains memberships with:
