Amy Wells is a consumer class action attorney based in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Wells is a highly regarded consumer advocate who has dedicated her career to pursuing consumer rights in both the courtroom and before the legislature throughout the United States. Her practice focuses primarily on class actions and multi-district litigation.  

Since earning her JD/MBA in 2004, Ms. Wells has represented many thousands of consumers who are the victims of credit reporting issues, unwanted robocalls and texts, and defective products, among other legal issues. She is committed to aggressively fighting for justice in pursuit of a level playing field for her clients.

Ms. Wells has served on a myriad of boards, and taken on many leadership positions on a state and national basis. These roles have included appointment to former Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine's Advisory Committee, which was assembled to review Ohio's consumer laws. Ms. Wells has also served as consumer section chairperson for the Ohio Association for Justice, as well as a state chair for the National Association for Consumer Advocates. Ms. Wells has also served on the ethics committees for both the Ohio Supreme Court Certified Grievance Committee as well as for the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
