Ana Juneja

Ana Juneja is an intellectual property attorney and the founder of Ana Law LLC, an intellectual property and corporate law firm in Chicago, Illinois. Serving clients throughout the nation, she assists them in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases. 

After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University, Ms. Juneja went on to attend law school, where she served as an associate editor for Law Journal and Law Review. Ms. Juneja also interned at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for five months to gain practical experience and knowledge about the field, bridging the gap between technology and law. After taking the February 2018 Illinois bar exam, she interned at the United States Senate with Senator Marco Rubio while waiting for her exam results. 

In May 2018, Ms. Juneja was officially sworn in as a licensed attorney at the Illinois Supreme Court. In June 2018, she began working as an intellectual property attorney at Dennemeyer & Associates, a renowned IP law firm in Chicago. Ms. Juneja spent many years at Dennemeyer managing global IP portfolios and advising Fortune 100 companies. Since she began working as an attorney, Ms. Juneja has prosecuted thousands of trademark applications globally across several industries, including beauty, apparel, electronics, software, and cannabis. 

Ms. Juneja understands how crucial it is to patent new inventions and trademark new brands to monetize and protect them from any sort of infringement. From assisting celebrities and athletes, to young startups and entrepreneurs, Ms. Juneja helps her clients identify the potential of their businesses and secure their patent and trademark rights at the correct time.
