Anne E. Larson

Anne Larson concentrates her practice on high-stakes management-side employment and biometric information privacy litigation. She regularly serves as lead defense counsel in multi-million dollar class and collective actions.

Anne has developed and is the relationship attorney for several important firm clients such as The Wendy’s Company, Mesirow Financial, Kohl’s Inc., The Dhanani Group of Companies, Tri City Foods, Inc., Campus Living Villages US, Legacy Healthcare Financial Services LLC, Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care (now AccentCare), Handi-Foil Corp., New Perspective Senior Living, LLC, and Kindred Healthcare, Inc. 

Currently, Anne is Co-Chair of the National Board of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law, a women’s bar organization with chapters in Chicago, New York and D.C. with more than 75 member law firms and corporations.

The Chicago Lawyer Magazine awarded Anne the “2022 Salute! Top 50 Women in Law Award.” The Best Lawyers in America awarded Anne “Best Lawyer” honors for Commercial Litigation in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and for Employment Law-Management in 2023. Super Lawyers has named her one of the “Top 50 Women Illinois Lawyers” for the last eleven years, and one of the “Top 100 Illinois Lawyers” for the last ten years.
