Bradley N. Pollock

Bradley N. Pollock is a nationally recognized trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and families devastated by catastrophic injury and wrongful death. Known for delivering exceptional results in high-stakes litigation, Brad has secured numerous multi-million and record-setting recoveries—both at trial and through settlement—many of which have garnered media attention.

What distinguishes Brad is perspective. He began his career defending insurance companies and corporations, giving him rare insight into how the other side evaluates, defends, and tries cases. He now leverages that knowledge exclusively for plaintiffs—anticipating defense strategies, exposing weaknesses, and maximizing recovery for his clients.

Brad focuses his practice on complex, high-exposure cases, including medical malpractice, construction negligence, transportation and trucking litigation, traumatic brain injury, and wrongful death. Mr. Pollock has been repeatedly appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve in several key roles, reflecting the Court’s confidence in his judgment and leadership. His appointments include: the Supreme Court Character and Fitness Committee for the Second District of Illinois (2010–2020), where he served as Chair from 2013–2017; the Supreme Court Civil Jury Instruction Committee (2015–2023); and, since 2020, as one of nine attorneys statewide selected to serve on the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Review Board.

Mr. Pollock’s work has earned broad recognition within the legal community. He has been named to the “Top 100” lawyers in Illinois by Super Lawyers, a distinction spanning all practice areas statewide. He was honored as “Lawyer of the Year” by the DuPage County Bar Association in 2016 and has been consistently selected as a Super Lawyer in personal injury law since 2008—an honor reserved for fewer than five percent of attorneys. He has also been recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company, selected as a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by The National Trial Lawyers since 2013, and holds a “Superb” rating from Avvo.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Pollock has held numerous leadership and service roles. He served on the Illinois State Bar Association Tort Section Council, including as Chair from 2016–2017, and on its Civil Practice Section Council. He has also served as general counsel to the DuPage County Bar Association (2011–2013 and 2018–2020). Mr. Pollock is a past president of the American Inns of Court, Robert E. Jones Chapter. He is frequently invited to lecture to attorneys across the country on injury law and has presented at programs nationwide. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Midwestern University and as a member of the College of DuPage Paralegal Studies Advisory Council.
