Kameny and Dr. Lilli M. Vincenz Awards from the U.S. Department of Education that same year.     A 1979 cum laude graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics, Mr. Rose obtained his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 1982. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia as well as Illinois, and he is a member of several local, state and national legal organizations, including a fellow with The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. He also served on the board of directors and the board of trustees of various civic, educational and charitable organizations in his region.
