Chloe J. Schultz joined the firm in 2019 and was named a Wise Law Offices partner in 2024. Ms. Schultz is a zealous negotiator and litigator, focusing her practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, construction negligence, premises liability, and transportation accidents.
Throughout her career, Ms. Schultz has been a fierce advocate for victim rights. Prior to joining Wise Law, Ms. Schultz worked for a Chicago civil rights law firm protecting the rights of individuals injured as a result of various abuses of power and unconstitutional policies within government agencies throughout Illinois. She brings this same passionate fight to Wise Law and works hard to deliver justice to individuals harmed by others. She develops personal relationships with her clients and tirelessly advocates on their behalf, understanding the major consequences of a devastating injury.
In law school, Ms. Schultz completed multiple internships, including a coveted position working for a judge in the Northern District of Illinois. She was consistently named to the Dean’s List and received an honor for her public interest work.
