Chris C. Gair

Chris Gair is a trial lawyer focusing on complex business litigation and white collar criminal defense. He is a fellow in the American College of Trial lawyers and has tried dozens of cases, mostly in the federal courts. Chris graduated summa cum laude from Duke and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School and was elected to the Order of the Coif. After clerking for Justice Seymour Simon on the Supreme Court of Illinois, he served seven years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Chicago, including as Deputy Chief of the Organized Crime Strike Force. Since 1994 he has been in private practice. He founded Gair Eberhard Nelson Dedinas Ltd in 2013.
