Daniel J. Broderick, Jr.

With a penchant for finding innovative solutions to problems that require an out-of-the-box approach, Daniel J. Broderick Jr. pursues every available legal avenue to provide his clients with much-needed respite and relief in their contentious medical malpractice cases. At the Morrissey Legal Group in Chicago, Illinois, he serves residents throughout the surrounding areas in myriad medical malpractice matters such as misdiagnosis and wrongful death, among many others. 

Mr. Broderick completed his undergraduate studies in 2006, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and went on to enroll in The John Marshall Law School, where he sharpened his legal acumen and talents, as well as the legal foundation that still remains evident in his practice today. During his time in law school, he was a member of The John Marshall Law Review, the Trial Advocacy Honors Council and the Moot Court Executive Board. He received his Juris Doctor cum laude in 2011, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Illinois. 

Utilizing all the legal tools in his arsenal in every case he takes on, Mr. Broderick leaves no stone unturned in pursuit of compensation for his clients or their families. He understands the immense stress that comes with recovery, which is why he takes on all the legal burden onto himself. His peers have lauded him for his immense contributions to progressing the standard of client care in his industry to even greater heights. 

Mr. Broderick is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and The Chicago Bar Association, and furthermore, he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
