David C. Flosi

David C. Flosi, a seasoned trial lawyer at Duncan Law Group in Chicago, Illinois, boasts an impressive track record with 20 verdicts under his belt and a history of remarkable results. His forte lies in transportation and premises liability, as well as intentional tort litigation, serving clients in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.

Throughout his career, Mr. Flosi has shared his knowledge of trial advocacy across the Midwest, participating in various continuing legal education forums. Licensed to practice in Illinois and a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois, he has deposed thousands of witnesses, arbitrated and mediated over a hundred cases, and settled countless more, benefiting a diverse range of clients.

After achieving his career milestones as a civil defense lawyer, Mr. Flosi embarked on a new journey by joining Duncan Law Group as a plaintiff’s attorney after 20 years with the same firm. He brings a distinctive perspective to Duncan Law Group, having collaborated closely with major insurance companies, including claims executives and corporate legal counsel. His deep understanding of how insurance companies assess, value and resolve claims, as well as the factors driving their decision-making, will be a tremendous asset moving forward.

A proud University of Illinois alumnus, Mr. Flosi graduated with Honors from John Marshall Law School in 2003. He consistently made the dean’s list and served as an editor for the Journal of Information Technology and Privacy. As a third-year law student, he earned his 711 license, allowing him to gain early courtroom experience while interning with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.

Graduating near the top of his class, Mr. Flosi ventured into the private sector, accepting an associate attorney position at a prestigious insurance defense law firm in Chicago. He became the youngest partner in the firm’s history after just eight years and developed a significant client base, originating several personal and commercial line carriers that continue to be central to the firm’s business.
