Emilio E. Machado

For nearly 40 years, Emilio E. Machado has been a vehement advocate for his clients, striving to get them the compensation they need for the injuries they have sustained due to no fault of their own. The president of Rubin & Machado, Ltd., in Chicago, Illinois, he is well-equipped to handle many personal injury issues, with a special emphasis on medical malpractice, medical product liability and other health care-related matters. 

Mr. Machado completed his undergraduate studies in 1980, graduating cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois. He went on to attend the Northwestern University School of Law, where he sharpened his shrewd legal acumen to help his clients today. He received his Juris Doctor in 1983, and two years later, he obtained his license to practice law in Illinois. He later gained admission to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois. 

A pillar of leadership within his legal community, Mr. Machado strives to progress the standard of client care of his industry to even greater heights through close affiliations with legal organizations such as The Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
