Erin Kuhfuss

She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2017, graduating cum laude and earning placement on the dean’s list for six consecutive terms. During law school, she distinguished herself academically and in courtroom skill, receiving CALI Awards in both trial advocacy and cannabis law, the latter being the first course of its kind offered at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

A consummate professional, Ms. Kuhfuss has represented clients in a wide range of personal injury and civil rights cases, advocating for those harmed by unsafe conditions, institutional failures and violations of constitutional protections. Ms. Kuhfuss is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Illinois, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of Illinois. Additionally, she remains active in the legal community as a member of the Chicago Bar Association, where she formerly served as a co-vice chair of the Young Lawyers Section Civil Rights Committee.
