Francis P. (Frank) Morrissey is the founding partner of Morrissey Legal Group, LLC, in Chicago. Focusing primarily on medical malpractice, birth and personal injury, and wrongful death, he has helped secure over $200 million in verdicts and settlements for individuals and families.

Frank has many notable achievements. In the fall of 2023, Frank’s client was awarded a $10 million verdict in a case with no pretrial offer.  He has numerous other verdicts in the eight figures as high as $25 million for patients who experienced a birth injury, a misdiagnosis, a delayed diagnosis or a surgical error. 

Frank has represented multiple patients in class actions against a major orthopedics manufacturer involving defective hip implants, as well as other class actions involving pharmaceutical-related claims.

Frank attended the College of the Holy Cross in Massachusetts (B.A.1990), and Loyola University Chicago School of Law (J.D. 1993), where he was on Law Review.
