George Lattas

George Lattas of the Lattas Law Office in Chicago, Illinois, devotes his practice to commercial real estate and corporate transactions. He represents both individuals and businesses throughout the nation and is experienced in matters of leasing, purchase/sales, business organization, contracts, and land use.

Mr. Lattas received a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance (honors) from DePaul University. He went on to earn a master in business administration from DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a law degree from DePaul University College of Law. He has been admitted to practice law in Illinois since 2008.

Mr. Lattas has served in a number of different roles throughout his career. Before practicing law, he worked as a financial analyst and tax consultant.  He spent two years as general counsel for a real estate management and development company and has also served as an adjunct faculty member who taught undergraduate business courses.

Mr. Lattas participates in several other activities, including serving as a member of AHEPA, the DePaul University College of Law Dean’s Advisory Council, President of the DePaul Alumni Engagement Board, serves on parish council of the Sts. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, and served as a member of the Koraes Elementary School Board. Mr. Lattas is also a member of various Illinois-based professional legal organizations and is interested in missions such as civil rights, education, and politics.
