Gregory J. Jordan handles complex business bankruptcy matters at the law firm of Jordan & Zito. His experience includes loan enforcement, creditor bankruptcy representation, creditors’ rights and financial restructuring for businesses. Most of Mr. Jordan’s practice is devoted to litigation, although he is proficient in resolving disputes outside of court through alternative dispute resolution means when possible. He accepts clients throughout the Chicago, Illinois, metropolitan area.
Mr. Jordan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1981, majoring in finance and earning a place on the dean’s list. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor in 1984 from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Today, he is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Indiana, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan; the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin; the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Tax Court; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
