Over the course of his career, he has successfully recovered considerable verdicts and settlements for his personal injury clients.

He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Lawyer and Substance Abuse Counselor Association and the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  He currently serves as Chair of the Hearing Division of the Chicago Bar Association's Judicial Evaluation Committee.  He previously served as co-Chair of its Investigation Division.

In 2021, the Lake County, IL Board appointed Mr. Wallin to serve as one of five members of its newly created Ethics Commission.

Mr. Wallin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago and obtained his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He received his license to practice law in 1994. He is qualified to appear before all Illinois state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

I won a verdict in Cook County (14 M1 012368) and successfully represented the Plaintiff-Appellee in an appeal to the Appellate Court fo Illinois, First District (1-15-0930)., 2016
