Mr. Ankin graduated with his bachelor’s degree in 1990 from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and went on to enroll in Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He received his Juris Doctor in 1993, as well as his license to practice law in Illinois. He later became admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
Within his legal community, Mr. Ankin maintains close ties with a wide variety of prominent legal organizations to help progress the standard of client service in his industry to greater heights. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Foundation (Gold Fellow), the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, The Chicago Bar Foundation (Work Injury Lawyers Section), the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association, Ltd., and the American Bar Association, to name a few.
