Details

Jack J. Casciato joined Clifford Law Offices in 2018 after he tried a significant truck accident case as a defense attorney against Clifford Law Offices in February 2018. Prior to joining Clifford Law Offices, Jack was a partner at a nationally known defense firm in Chicago where he defended truck accident cases, medical malpractice actions, and actions against retailers, construction companies, product manufacturers, hotels and sports arenas. Jack’s time on the defense side provides him with a unique, insider advantage in representing personal injury clients in the same lawsuits that he use to defend.

In September 2019, Jack was named by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company as a  40 under 40 top attorney in Illinois. In addition, Jack is a regular columnist for the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin where he authors published articles on all issues pertaining to personal injury litigation. In March of 2019, Jack was invited to London and Manchester, England to speak to the Pan European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers on various aspects of American personal injury litigation and jurisprudence.

Outside his practice, Jack gives back to the legal community through various pro bono projects. Every year, Jack hosts a large charitable dinner for a social justice cause including Life Span, a non-profit legal organization that provides legal assistance to women that are victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault. He was also nominated to serve on Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital’s Innovator Board.

As a plaintiffs’ attorney, Jack has had numerous successes including a $6.2 million dollar settlement on behalf of an injured construction worker and a $3 million dollar settlement on behalf of a couple injured in a bus accident at O’Hare International Airport.

It is with great pride that Clifford Law Offices has an attorney of Jack J. Casciato’s caliber and legal acumen. Jack believes that the center of a successful case is first building a strong attorney-client relationship with the clients he represents. Jack believes that representing people during the hardest times in their lives is not just a career, but an honor to be entrusted to represent our clients and tell their stories.
