James L. Bizzieri

Handling personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, James (Jim) Bizzieri is the founder of the Bizzieri Law Offices LLC, established in 2009. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, he serves people in the surrounding areas with exceptional legal representation.

In 2001, Mr. Bizzieri received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was a member of the men’s volleyball team and worked at KAMS. After graduation, he accepted a position at the Cook County State's Attorney Office beore going to law school.  Still working, he graduated from The John Marshall Law School in 2005, in 2.5 years. 

Following law school, Mr. Bizzieri started his career defending clients in personal injury matters. Not only did he gain invaluable litigation experience in this role, but it also gave him insight into how the defense works in these claims. He brings that knowledge with him today as he constructs arguments in support of plaintiffs who have suffered incidents such as car collisions and medical malpractice.

Mr. Bizzieri is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the AAJ and Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District. Ever cognizant of clients’ personal situations, he understands that an auto collision, medical malpractice, or a workplace injury may have far-reaching effects. He is devoted to collaborating with those he represents in order to obtain the fairest and most just outcome on their behalf. This approach is one of the reasons why Mr. Bizzieri holds honors such as Super Lawyer, has an Avvo “Excellent” rating, is one of American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys’ 10 Best and is a member of the Top 100 of The National Trial Lawyers. Over the course of his career, he has obtained significant awards on behalf of victims of negligence.

When he is not representing clients, Mr. Bizzieri enjoys spending time with his wife and their three young children.
