Mr. Dash has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, Mr. Dash served as senior associate editor for the Houston Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the states of Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Passionate about his community, Mr. Dash served as the past president of the Greater Libertyville Soccer Association’s board of directors. He currently also a past vice president of the Libertyville Township Soccer Complex, Ltd.’s board of directors. Representing these associations with their legal matters, Mr. Dash has devoted a considerable amount of his time to both of them.

Actively affiliated with legal associations, Mr. Dash is a member of The Chicago Bar Association’s Real Property Law Committee and the Construction Law & Mechanic’s Lien Subcommittee, for which he also served as a past chair. He is a former member of the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Industry and Section on Litigation.

Mr. Dash has been a member of the Title Counsel and Legislative Committees of the Illinois Land Title Association. He served as Chair of both the Wisconsin Bar Association’s Construction and Public Contract Law Section and the Illinois State Bar Association's Construction Law Section Council. Mr. Dash was on the Joint CBA-ISBA Committee, which drafted modifications to the Mechanics Lien Act.  He is serving as chief editor for the third edition of Turner on Illinois Mechanics Liens, a noteworthy publication for construction workers.
