Jason W. Fura

Focusing his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Jason W. Fura is of counsel to McNabola & Associates, LLC. From the firm’s offices in Chicago, Illinois, he provides representation to clients throughout the greater metropolitan area. Admitted to practice before all Illinois state courts since 1999, Mr. Fura is also admitted to practice in Florida as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Fura’s serves people who have incurred losses as the result of the negligence or recklessness of other people or entities. The cases that he has handled have arisen out of incidents such as motor vehicle crashes, medical malpractice, defective products, auto-pedestrian accidents and premises liability. During his career as a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Fura has been able to obtain significant compensation for his clients, through jury awards as well as through settlements that he has negotiated out of court with defendants and their liability insurance companies. Prior to his joining McNabola & Associates, LLC, he was a defense attorney, representing insurance companies, railroads, and health care practitioners and facilities in personal injury litigation, and he has been able to use this experience when anticipating the types of tactics that defendants in his current cases might employ.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Fura attended the University of Miami, where he majored in international finance and marketing and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1993. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Miami School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1998. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Fura worked for the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office.
