Jeffrey Kulwin

Jeffrey Kulwin is a founding member of the law firm Kulwin Masciopinto & Kulwin, based in Chicago, Illinois. His practice focuses on employment litigation, civil rights and business litigation, primarily serving the Chicago area.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Kulwin has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals and organizations in high-stakes legal battles, particularly those involving workplace rights and business ethics. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, which is the largest organization of lawyers representing employees in cases such as discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation.

Mr. Kulwin graduated from Drake University Law School, where he was in the top 10% of his class and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also served as the projects editor for the Drake Law Review and published a piece on copyright law. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University Chicago. Mr. Kulwin is active in several professional organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He has also been recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Illinois for his work in civil rights, constitutional law, commercial litigation and employment law.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Kulwin is a member of the Legal Network for Gender Equity and has served in various leadership roles, such as chair of the Civil Rights and Constitutional Law Committee for the Chicago Bar Association and as a Trustee for National Louis University. He has also shared his insights on employment law through media appearances, including WGN Radio 720’s Let’s Get Legal program.
