The founder of the Goldberg & Schulkin Law Offices, P.C., Jeffrey M. Goldberg is a passionate advocate for his clients in Chicago, Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr. Goldberg's law practice is entirely devoted to litigation with a special emphasis on medical malpractice. The majority of his cases, about 90 percent, involve birth injuries. A licensed pilot since 1985, Mr. Goldberg also devotes a portion of his practice to aviation accidents.

Licensed to practice law since 1974, Mr. Goldberg graduated with a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Francis Lorenz with the Illinois Appellate Court and served at The John Marshall Law School as an instructor. In addition to his admission to practice law in both Illinois and Wisconsin, Mr. Goldberg is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and before the Supreme Court of the United States.

Recognized for his ethics and legal skill, Mr. Goldberg has earned an AV Preeminent* rating from his peers through Martindale-Hubbell. In 2012, the Public Justice Foundation named him a Champion of Justice.

Mr. Goldberg is the author of numerous published works in legal journals and other media, including a work entitled "Electronic Fetal Monitoring: What is it really telling us?" published for the American Association for Justice, as well as entries in multiple editions of the Medical Malpractice Handbook.
