Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Goldberg studied at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and graduated in 1974. He also holds a bachelor’s degree (1970) from Bradley University. After passing the bar exam, he was admitted to legal practice in 1974; he is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
Mr. Goldberg is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association’s Medical Negligence Committee, the American Association for Justice and The Center for Disability and Elder Law. He also serves on the board of directors of The Public Justice Foundation, the Illinois State Bar Association’s Tort Law Section and is elected as a fellow of the National College of Advocacy.
