Jennifer M. Fletchall, JD/LLM Taxation/AAML, CPA, CDFA, AM – Business Valuation

Chicago native, Jennifer M. Fletchall founded The Fletchall Group in 2022.  Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Fletchall spent 20 years at a boutique family law and tax firm in the loop.

Ms. Fletchall earned her J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2004 after graduating from the University of Illinois Champaign - Urbana with a B.S. in Accountancy.  She received a Masters of Law (L.L.M.) in Taxation from the Chicago Kent School of Law in 2011.  Ms. Fletchall is a trained Mediator, AAML trained Arbitrator as well as a Collaboratively trained Attorney and Financial Specialist. 

Ms. Fletchall focuses her practice in the areas of Family Law Mediation, Collaborative Law, and Litigation Support.  As part of The Fletchall Group’s litigation support services, she performs business valuation and forensic accountings, income analysis and lifestyle analysis.  Her professional memberships include the Illinois Bar Association, Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Illinois CPA Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Appraisers and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  Ms. Fletchall is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and Collaborative Divorce Illinois (CDI), where she is currently on the Board of Managers for each organization.

Ms. Fletchall lives with her husband, their eight-year-old daughter, Black Lab and Australian Shepard in their home on the Northwest Side of Chicago.
