Jennifer Parks

From the law office of Camerlingo Parks in Chicago, Illinois, Jennifer Parks is resolute in her efforts to get her clients the peace of mind they deserve in their contentious legal matters, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering work ethic, combined with the compassionate care and support she has come to be known for. She is well-equipped to take on family law matters concerning divorce and dissolution, asset division, child custody and support, allocation of parental responsibilities, post-decree modifications and appeals, among many others. 

Ms. Parks completed her undergraduate studies in 2012, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations, comparative cultures and politics, and the Italian language from the James Madison College at Michigan State University (MSU). During her time there, she was closely affiliated with the Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society, the Phi Sigma Theta National Honor Society and the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity (MSU chapters). She also studied abroad for a year in Italy, absorbing the culture of the land as well as its people’s perspectives.

With a passion to pursue legal studies, Ms. Parks enrolled at the DePaul University College of Law, where she honed her legal acumen and talents through her active participation in student organizations such as the Journal of Women Gender and the Law, where she served as the associate editor. She received her Juris Doctor in 2017, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice law in Illinois. In 2023, she became licensed to practice law in Michigan. 

Within her legal community, Ms. Parks is a member of myriad prestigious legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Michigan State Bar Association.
