After moving to the United States, Mr. Huang obtained his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, part of the Illinois Institute of Technology, and his LL.M. from Yale Law School. A published author on a variety of topics, he has also been invited to speak at several seminars and forums. Mr. Huang is admitted to practice before all Illinois and New York state courts.
