Jonathan Walner

Jonathan Walner is the Managing Attorney and Shareholder at Walner Law in Chicago, Illinois. His practice primarily focuses on pre-litigation matters involving the investigation, documentation, and proof of personal injury, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice claims. He also handles uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, complex medical malpractice and product liability claims, and injuries resulting from truck accidents. His experience includes mass tort litigation involving transvaginal mesh and hip and knee prosthetic injuries, as well as significant class action and antitrust matters.

Mr. Walner is admitted to the Illinois State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the state bars of Arizona and Missouri.
