A partner at the law firm of Levin & Perconti based in Chicago, Illinois, attorney Kelly Sabo Gaden has been focusing her practice exclusively on personal injury law for almost 20 years. She primarily advocates for the rights of medical malpractice and nursing home abuse victims.
A diligent advocate for her clients, Ms. Gaden fiercely protects their interests. She is committed to guiding them through every stage of the process, from litigation to settlement, to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve and the justice to which they are entitled. With steadfast devotion to her clients' welfare, she has secured $50 million in jury verdicts and settlements for their catastrophic and grave injuries.

Hailing from Orland Park, Illinois, Ms. Gaden graduated with her Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. Three years later, she earned a doctorate in law from Capital University Law School located in downtown Columbus, Ohio. While there, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and contributed to an article that was published in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. She was admitted to practice in Illinois in 2007.

She has also held several leadership positions at the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and the American Association for Justice – Nursing Home Litigation Group. Additionally, she is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
