Ken Levinson is the founding partner of Levinson and Stefani, a Chicago law firm dedicated to representing families in wrongful death and serious injury cases involving truck and auto crashes. He is the co-author of Litigating Major Automobile Injury and Death Cases, published by *AAJ Press/Thomson Reuters.
A recognized leader in the trial lawyer community, Ken serves as Co-Chair of AAJ’s Jury Bias Group and Chair of AAJ’s Bus Litigation Group. He is the Past Chair of both the AAJ Trucking Litigation Group and the AAJ Motor Vehicle Section. He also serves on the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association Board of Managers, the AAJ National College of Advocacy Board, and as an Illinois Board of Governors representative to AAJ.
Ken has been selected to Illinois Super Lawyers every year from 2010–2025 and was named to the Top 100 Lawyers in Illinois from 2020–2025. Throughout his career, he has worked on cases resulting in over $825 million in jury verdicts, both in his own trials and as a nationally sought-after trial consultant. He is a frequent speaker, author, and faculty member at trial lawyer programs across the country.
