Kenneth N. Flaxman

As the founder of the Law Offices of Kenneth N. Flaxman PC, Mr. Flaxman is committed to representing clients in Chicago, Illinois. He focuses his practice on handling cases that involve the following matters: police misconduct, employment discriminations, class actions, criminal law, appellate cases and civil rights.

After earning a Bachelor of Engineering from The City College of New York, Mr. Flaxman worked as an electrical engineer. He then went on to receive a law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in 1972.

With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Flaxman brings an extensive knowledge of the law to his practice. He takes an aggressive and detailed approach to every case, working closely with clients to understand their goals. Whether he is appealing a criminal conviction or holding law enforcement responsible for misconduct, Mr. Flaxman is a staunch advocate for clients.

A member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Mr. Flaxman is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Supreme Court of the United States and several U.S. District Courts.

Mr. Flaxman believes in providing the best representation for all clients. He offers his services on either a contingent or semi-contingent fee for civil cases and on a sliding scale, fixed fee or even pro bono basis for criminal matters.
