Linda D. Friedman

Attorney Linda D. Friedman is the founding and managing partner of the firm Stowell & Friedman, Ltd., where she has represented clients nationwide. These cases have involved issues such as individual and class-action gender, race discrimination, sexual harassment, politcal affiliation, violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, mandatory age retirement  retaliation, discirminatory policies, among many others. She has represented her clients in private mediation and arbitration,  federal district court jury and bench trials and appeals.

In her more than 35 years of practice, Ms. Friedman through her firm has recovered well over $1 billion dollars for victims in settlements or verdicts.
