As principal of Mark L. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with high honors in 1979, Mr. Karno earned his Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern and Central Districts of Illinois, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
