Mark R. Miller

Mark R. Miller is a partner at Wallace Miller. Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Mr. Miller and his firm primarily focus on protecting the rights of victims of negligence and fraud through consumer protection, product liability, employment, environmental and toxic harm, and personal injury litigation.  They take pride in providing exceptional legal advice, counsel and representation to individuals and businesses throughout the nation.

Mr. Miller obtained his undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University, and then pursued his post-graduate education by earning his Juris Doctorate at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Licensed to practice in the court of Illinois, Mr. Miller focuses his law practice on consumer class actions and mass torts involving toxic exposure and defective products. He has nearly 20 years of experience in these highly complex legal areas and is known as a strong, vigorous and committed litigator.

Mr. Miller is a respected member of the legal community, maintaining active membership in the Illinois State Bar Association. He has also received national recognition for his knowledge, skills and client dedication. He was selected as a Rising Star each year from 2012 through 2017, followed by his selection as a Super Lawyer beginning in 2018. He has received this honor every year since, and is once again named as a Super Lawyer for 2022.
