Mr. Williams completed his undergraduate studies in 1995, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He received his Juris Doctor in 1998, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Illinois, as well as admission to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
