Matthew P. Connelly

Matthew P. Connelly is the owner of and principal attorney at the law firm Rock Fusco & Connelly, LLC, located in Chicago, Illinois. As a skilled trial attorney, he handles cases and class actions related to the following matters:

With 26-plus years of experience under his belt, Mr. Connelly is admitted to practice before several of the U.S. District Courts in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Wisconsin and Columbia. He is also authorized to appear before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal, 2nd and 7th Circuits.

Mr. Connelly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Western Illinois University in 1992. In 1994, he completed his doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Soon after graduation, Mr. Connelly started his firm and represented clients in issues involving mergers and acquisitions, licensing, aviation law, insurance and entertainment law, among others. He is committed to using his experience to help his clients solve issues from simple day-to-day transactions to high-stakes plaintiff and class action lawsuits.

Mr. Connelly holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, The Missouri Bar and the Federal Bar Association – to name a few.

Recognized with multiple honors, Mr. Connelly was included in the list of Law Bulletin Media’s 40 Under Forty in Illinois Attorneys to Watch and selected as a fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Additionally, he has co-authored many articles in his area of practice and is earnestly involved in the activities of several community-serving organizations and trusts.
