Maximillienne "Max" Elliott is the Managing Attorney and Founder of The Law Offices of Max Elliott, Ltd., with offices in Chicago, Illinois and New York City, New York. Ms. Elliott, who is licensed in Illinois, handles a variety of matters for her clients, including complex and estate planning and administration, probate, and guardianships. Ms. Elliott also provides advice and counsel to family- and women-owned small businesses, with a focus on cybersecurity for all business stakeholders.

Before pursuing studies for her legal career, Ms. Elliott spent several years working with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of capacities. During her relatively brief legal career, Ms. Elliott has earned the high esteem of her fellow professionals, as evidenced by her induction in Marquis Who’sWho® in America; a recipient of Martindale Hubbell's AV-Preeminent, the highest honor bestowed upon lawyers; inclusion as an American Bar Foundation Fellow; a member of the National Black Lawyers - Top 100, and receipt of a 10.0 "Superb" peer review rating through Avvo. She is also a member of the Executive Committee for the Chicago Bar Association's Trust Law Committee, a member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council, sits on the U.S. Trust Council of Influence for Estate Planning in Chicago, is a faculty member for Lawline, IICLE (Illinois Institute of Legal Education), and Esquire-CLE where she presents continuing legal education on estate and business planning for attorneys nationwide, and belongs to the Trusts and Estates Section of the Illinois State Bar Association.
