Principal and founding member of Weiss-Kunz & Oliver, LLC, Maxine represents clients in Elmhurst, Park Ridge and Chicago, Illinois, in matters of traditional litigation, adoptions, and collaborative divorce. This includes: drafting premarital agreements (and postnuptial agreements), appeals prosecution and defense, and attorney-assisted mediation. Maxine recently became a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (IL Chapter).

In 2023, Maxine became a Fellow of the prestigious AAML (American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers), and she is also closely affiliated with AFCC (Association of Family and Conciliation Courts) since 2019.
