As an undergraduate, he attended Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where he majored in history and earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1977. Mr. Walsh then went on to pursue his legal studies at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, and in 1980, he was awarded his Juris Doctor.
