Mr. Frazen has more than 34 years of experience in civil litigation. He has tried jury cases to verdict in eight state and federal courts.

In 1977, Mr. Frazen received his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he graduated magna cum laude with departmental distinction in political science. Upon earning his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1980, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Mr. Frazen has been admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central districts of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana, the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Eastern District of Michigan. He has also been accepted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th and 8th Circuits. His professional memberships include the American Bar Association's Litigation Section, the Chicago Council of Lawyers and the Chicago Bar Association.
