Morgan I. Marcus

Morgan I. Marcus is an attorney who focuses his practice on matters involving commercial litigation, bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and appellate practice. He provides his services to clients in the Chicago metro area through the law firm Carlson Dash, located in Chicago, Illinois.

With a decade of experience in practicing law, Mr. Marcus has immense experience helping financial institutions, creditors and loan servicers through trials as well as arbitration. Additionally, he externed at the Circuit Court of Cook County for two renowned judges. Active in his community, he is a member of The Chicago Bar and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers.
