Attorney Myron (Mike) M. Cherry has been a practicing trial attorney for more than 40 years. He became nationally known for drafting and implementing federal and state environmental legislation in the early 1970s and was the first to try many of the lawsuits brought under those statutes.
As the founder and managing partner of Myron M. Cherry & Associates, LLC, Mr. Cherry handles a wide variety of business and commercial cases involving securities, antitrust and complex financial matters. He is admitted to the state bars of Illinois, California, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the 7th, 9th, and District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeals; and the Illinois Federal District Courts.
