Nicole M. Provax

A beacon of light for her clients during their darkest hours, Nicole M. Provax consistently provides eminent legal advocacy in every case she takes on. From Kriezelman Burton & Associates, LLC, in Chicago, Illinois, she handles a wide variety of immigration law issues, providing her clients with every opportunity to resolve their issues amicably and fully realize and pursue the American dream.

Ms. Provax completed her undergraduate studies in 2017, graduating magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in international/global studies and Spanish from the University of South Carolina. She went on to attend the Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and during her time there, she bolstered her legal acumen and talents through her academic prowess and involvement in many activities.

Prior to receiving her Juris Doctor in 2020, Ms. Provax externed for the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund and served as a legal clerk for a local immigration law firm. In addition, she was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in legal writing.

In a relatively short period of time, Ms. Provax has proven herself to be a tenacious advocate for her clients in their immigration law matters through the exposure she gained through many different avenues, and she has previously worked as the Post-Graduate Immigration Law Fellow at the Loyola Center for the Human Rights of Children.

Ms. Provax understands the steps that need to be taken to help relieve the stress and uncertainty of her clients’ immigration status, and she fights tooth and nail to give her clients the security they need to move on to better opportunities in their newfound homes. She holds close affiliations with many legal organizations, including the American Immigration Lawyers Association, The Chicago Bar Foundation and the Illinois State Bar Association.
