Patricia Brown Holmes is RSHC’s firmwide Managing Partner. She is a trial lawyer and former state and federal prosecutor as well as a former state court judge, with over 30 years of impressive legal experience. As a relationship partner, she has represented a wide range of public and private corporate clients in complex commercial, regulatory and class action litigation as well as in internal investigations involving some of her clients’ most significant matters. Her experience on both sides of the bench, and on the bench, gives her valuable insights and allows her to analyze and resolve cases with a perspective few lawyers possess.
