Patrick A. Salvi is the founder of Chicago, Illinois-based Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. Providing representation to clients throughout the state, he focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, assisting people who have been harmed by the negligence of others in cases involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, defective products and nursing home abuse.

Throughout his career, Mr. Salvi has been instrumental in obtaining numerous multimillion-dollar settlements and jury awards for his clients. He was the lead attorney in a 2009 case that resulted in the largest verdict in Lake County history in 2009. The $33.2 million verdict was given to a young man after a drunk driving accident that severely impacted his life. In another representative case that involved irreversible brain damage resulting from a throat cyst surgery on a toddler, Mr. Salvi obtained a $17 million medical malpractice settlement. As an undergraduate, Mr. Salvi attended Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and received a Bachelor of Arts in business cum laude in 1975. He then pursued his legal studies at Notre Dame Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1978. Admitted to practice in Illinois, Florida and Wisconsin, Mr. Salvi is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit.
