Practicing law for more than three decades, he has extensive experience of over 20 years handling matters of labor and employment law. Acquiring the license to practice in Illinois in 1998, he litigates administrative claims and lawsuits in the state and federal courts.
Working with high-level executives and entry-level employees alike, Mr. Dolan engages in matters regarding employment and separation agreement negotiations involving complex noncompete clauses and equity issues. He handles a wide range of matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unpaid compensation, confidentiality agreements, wrongful termination and whistleblower protection.

He takes on cases pertaining to claims under the Americans with Disability Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Illinois Labor Laws and the Family and Medical Leave Act. With his prior experience as a general counsel for a national retail company, his professional counsel for ensuring the proper management and administration, involving matters of wage and hour, reductions in force, code of conduct, termination policies and matters of due diligence is greatly valued by his international clients.
A 1988 B.A. graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Mr. Dolan obtained his J.D. from his alma mater in 1992.
