Patrick D. Dolan

Patrick D. Dolan is a founding partner at the law firm Conti & Dolan, LLC, with branches in Chicago and Lincolnwood, Illinois. Practicing law for more than three decades, he has extensive experience of over 20 years handling matters of labor and employment law. Acquiring the license to practice in Illinois in 1998, he litigates administrative claims and lawsuits in the state and federal courts.

Working with high-level executives and entry-level employees alike, Mr. Dolan engages in matters regarding employment and separation agreement negotiations involving complex noncompete clauses and equity issues. A 1988 B.A. graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Mr. Dolan obtained his J.D. from his alma mater in 1992. He is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of Illinois.
